Because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, or flawed, we can offer a replacement of that *item’s equivalent or a full refund of the item. To receive a replacement or a refund, email a photo of the damage to hello@tallwoodstudios.com. This will allow us to track your order and help us better our own practices for the future.
