Because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, or flawed, we can offer a replacement of that *item’s equivalent or a full refund of the item. To receive a replacement or a refund, email a photo of the damage to hello@tallwoodstudios.com. This will allow us to track your order and help us better our own practices for the future.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of items that you have in your shopping cart, how fast you need your order, and where you are shipping the order to.
